Happy Friday! Here are a few links that we enjoyed this week. We hope you enjoy them too:
I have been reading Kelly’s posts at Generation Cedar for years. In this post, she talks about what character is and how we can encourage it in our children.
Intoxicated on Life has an article on using handwriting practice for children to learn the Bible.
In this podcast from A Delectable Education, the conversation is on how children acquire language skills.
Here is a list of podcasts for homeschooling moms that Caroline from the Modest Mom put together. You’ll find more than a dozen different podcasts here.
I just discovered this website where you can create your own worksheets including handwriting practice sheets. You can choose cursive, manuscript, even pre-cursive and there are other customizable options. After you type in what you want, you print the pages off and your children get to practice their writing skills What a great resource!
